Well im not going to get to excited about it just yet but it is good news and given the yield issues etc it was always to be expected that the lower binned chip cards would turn up pretty quickly, they must have hundreds of thousands, assuming the yield issue wasnt so bad it gave them lots of just dead scrap cores ?
I like the look of the reported prices but again i will beleive it when i see it. I could possably end up with my first ever piece of Nvidia hardware if the prices and performance come out as they are saying.

Let's see if that is going on happen but ATI looks like they are going to be the on top for a little longer.
Never seen so much problems with making a video card stables without bad cores (nvidia)

I think they renamed the GTX460 into GTX470?

if i'm not mistaken the original is GTX360 and than they renamed it as GTX470 when they decided to make 300 series as OEM cards. even so there must be some card will replace the place and called as GTX460. or did nvidia want to skip the number?
