Right now I have a Geforce 8800 GTS that has the 320 bit Memory Interface and 320MB of Ram I was thinking if Its better to upgrade to a ati 5770 that has the new ATI Eyefinity Technology. And stay under $200.00 price range. So do you think it is worth upgrading? The newer ati have more memory but less memory interface is 128 compared to the nvidia that I have that do you guys think ?

HD 5770 performs way better than a 8800GTS 320MB,it will be a good upgrade.
Memory interface isn't the only factor, there are lots of important factors such as Stream processor etc and also the architecture is different too

memory bandwidth isnt the whole story. the 5770 has GDDR5 memory with provides double the bandwidth of GDDR3, and is cloaked much higher, so even more bandwidth there. And the GPU core on the 5770 is much faster than the g90 on the old 8800 while running much cooler and drawing less power. And if you get one of the performance 5770s like the MSI Hawk or the Vapor-X card, you will have a ton of OC headroom too (the old 8800 didn't OC well due it heat issues).
