3.5 to 2.5 driver bay

If someone could help me find a 2.5 bay that will fit into my 3.5 that would be appreciated. Newegg is prefered.

Off topic: I heard that some of these bays don't have bottom protecting it from electricity, allowing the circuit to shorten? Is this true? They said to buy thermal pads for this.

Most drives have nothing protecting them and it is just fine as it is not up against bare metal!
