Hello,
I have windows XP. Recently, I began having problems with access denied on many files people send that I need to open. I am now forced to go to the local library to use theit computers to see my documents. I have tried all the fixes mentioned on the internet. None work. All tell me step by step what to do but mention things to click on that simply are not in my computer. HELP!
