Broken vga connector

Ok, I was asked to repair a computer for an old lady that was "broken". I thought to myself, ok it has a virus, or a stick of ram is bad, or something of the sort. Oh my no, the vga connector had been ripped off the back of the motherboard! It has a pciex16 1.0 slot, and a 300 watt psu. I tried a spare video card in it to make sure it still boots, so basically I need the cheapest video card for a 300w psu, that can watch online videos and play solitaire/pinball etc.
