Pc lites up but doesnt start

POWER SUPPLY SEEMS OK, RESET CMOS NO LUCK, FANS ARE ON HIGH SPEED, FRONT POWER LIT IS ON NO MONITOR ITS ASLEEP, STEADY GREEN LITE ON PS,

Unplug all drives, and take out any PCI cards, even the video card. Take out the memory and then turn on to make sure you get the beep codes. If not then you probably have a MotherBoard problem.

Check the capacitors to make sure they all have flat tops. If any are rounded then you have a bad Motherboard.

If neither of the above are problems then start added one item at a time to find your problem.
