Unplug all drives, and take out any PCI cards, even the video card. Take out the memory and then turn on to make sure you get the beep codes. If not then you probably have a MotherBoard problem.

Check the capacitors to make sure they all have flat tops. If any are rounded then you have a bad Motherboard.

If neither of the above are problems then start added one item at a time to find your problem.

Welcome Newcomer! Generally, it is easier to help with all of the system specs, but follow the link in my signature to jump to the troubleshooting guide. This guide was designed to address the most common problems related to "no boot" or "no display" concerns. Note that toward the bottom of the t/s guide, there is a link to jsc's breadboarding guide. If nothing in the t/s guide helps, proceed to the breadboarding guide to rule out case shorts.

good luck!
