Benchmark gts 250 difference 9500 gt

Hello, i have geforce 9500gt and i want to buy an gts 250 it deserves it ?

is there a BIG difference?

yup there is a good difference. nvidia gts 250 has Memory Interface Width 256-bit (faster bandwidth). and 128 streams processor which will be quite helpful during rendering purpose.
