Looking for a motherboard that has at least:
-2 PCIe 8x/8x or anything higher
-2 PCI Slots
-Any extra x1, or x4 slots is nice but not entirely recommended.
-USB 3.0 and SATA 3 are not required.
-Great Audio(8 channels)
-Something that will last

Budget of $140 max.

Hmm...do you want AMD or Intel? Are you wanting nVidia SLI {Scalable Link Interface} or ATI CF {Crossfire} GPUs? What's the total budget? If going <$1,000 then the AMD is probably the better choice.

Ideally, the ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB3, but for the budget $160 ASRock 890FX Deluxe4 or $150 ASRock 890FX DELUXE3.

BTW if you're going to CF HD 6850 and OC then you'll need a new PSU 750W~850W.

Got a reply on another post recommending Asrock 870 Extreme. Yeah, decided to go withe the Earthwatts 750. Thank you for the feedback I appreciate it. Selecting as best answer and 'solved.'
