Gaming AMD MOBO less than $100

I'm building a low cost gaming rig and i haven't decided on a board yet. I think i'm going with an Athlon II X3 450 (I'll post the other components if needed. pretty sure i'm getting a gtx 460 768mb so crossfire isn't a factor). I'm looking for a board that's inexpensive and reliable. some suggestions for what board to get or what brands are reliable would be greatly appreciated. I've looked at the ASRock M3A770DE but i think i have enough money in the budget for a better board . . .

that one looks good. what are the benefits of getting that board (ASUS M4A87TD) instead of the ASRock M3A770DE (besides USB 3.0 support) ?

Not much but better brand, newer chipsets, SATA3 but here's a combo with the Asrock and a HD 5850
