Good build no suggestions. Side note, no harm in trying to unlock the cores on that 555 BE. Free quad core upgrade!
  2. Swapped case with Antec 300 mid twr (combo with optical drive, dropped total by 5$ overall)

  3. Get an ATX mobo.

Makes sense, since he upgraded the case to a mid tower.
  5. Thanks, looks good.

    Question about the ram:
    The a-data is 1600 with 9-9-9-24.
    The g-skill is 1333 with 8-8-8-21.

Saw some threads on it (perhaps I'm confused) but I take it that there is not much performance to be gained by going from 1333 to 1600?

Would the 1333 with better timings be better off in this case?

They cost exactly the same for me (though oddly, your pic is showing $2 less, you also get an extra 10$ off the gpu/psu combo).
  6. Well one could go CL 7 1333 or CL 9 1600 - it's all good Yes that combo was $10 cheaper just a week bach hehe ^^
