How to delete icons on lower right side

How can I manage the icons on the lower right of my screen, please.

Those are programs that are running in the background so you can either uninstall the associated program, or you can simply hide the icons by right clicking on an empty part of the taskbar and select "Customize notification icons" where you can choose to hide or show each one individually.
