Honestly, I have the 955 BE C3 stepping, and without adjusting any voltage, I can immediately clock it to 3.4 GHz.

The question is, do you want to OC like a mad man, or just want the best stock AMD processor?

If all you want is 3.4 GHz with a black edition C3 AMD, I can 100% say, go with the 955. Like I said, you can immediately OC to 965 speed.
