Asus p5b not starting up

Hello,
my asus P5B doesn't wanna start.. it doesn't have a beep sound when i turn the cpu on... everything works fine..the problem only started when i didn't turn my computer on for about a month because i was on vacation... help is appreciated! thanks

Tried to reset cmos? take out the battery and put it in agian after 30 seconds
