Ok, i have this old Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo 600 wich i have upgraded to 1.75 GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce 6200 512mb. I tend to game alot, and i am thinking of upgrading the video card. But, there is a problem. I have a Pentium 4 @ 2.00 GHz ( )socket 478 (i think), and it bottlenecks the whole computer making the gaming horrible. it runs COD4 at lowest settings with tweaks with 25-30 FPS.... So i have been looking up P4's on ebay, and i found one @ 3,2 GHz. But i have very little experience with the BIOS, and my corrent version is F5 i think. So would it just be to pop the new CPU into place, and change the jumper settings (or whatever its called) and fire up the computer again? Or do i have to upgrade my BIOS to F9...?
