HD5670 Artifacts

Ok, so I bought a HD5670 about 4 days ago. It was working fine until today. After loading the next BF Bad Company 2 mission I noticed black dots on the screen. Then they started appearing on other games. I ran ATiTools Artifact scanner and it didn't show any errors but I could see artifacts very clearly.
Also, I can run Just Cause 2 Maxed out with no artifacts at all. Same with Metro 2033.
Is this a hardware or driver problem..?
