Bios Help!

Hello,
I have built a computer all the parts are in place everything appears to be working but no bios load no pre power tests what does this mean what can i do? i have removed battery and cleared jumpers like its said in booklet but still nothing?

it may be you missed something in the process, it may be a problem with a component, go through that and see if you can narrow down anything for us
