Asrock m3a770de (20+4 pin connector)

I have a m3a770de motherboard witch has a 24 pin power connection. However my PSU (fortron SAGA II 500) comes with a 20+4 pin connector. Should I plug both in or just the 20 pin connector?
Also my power supply has two 4-pin (2X2) power connectors. Which one should I connect to the motherboard? the motherboard has an 8 pin connector for the CPU power.

You should plug them all in.
20+4=24pin connector
4+4=8pin connector.
The plugs normally clip together and plug in as 1 connector.
