I received a Failure Audit error that says IPSec Services failed to get the
complete list of network interfaces on the machine. It says that I need to
run IPSec monitor snap-in to further diagnose the problem. How do I perform
this?

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Click Start, click Run, type MMC, and then click OK.
In the MMC, click File, click Add/Remove Snap-in, and then click Add.
Click IP Security Monitor, and then click Add.
Click Close, and then click OK.
