Asus m4a785td screen garbled

I am seeing this during the boot.
The screen just shows some weird patterns.
I am using 20-pin ATX 300W power supply.

Is it the PS or the Mobo ?

If it coming from the onboard GPU and you're using ANY ASUS Utility to modify the BIOS then this can happen, it too can be a sign of a failing PSU or RAM or even that part of the MOBO itself.

Q - Is this from using the onboard GPU? If yes then the VGA or HDMI?
Q - Is this a new problem?
Q - Does it go away after the OS starts loading?
Q - Have you tried increasing the 'shared' RAM in the BIOS? {assuming the onboard}
Q - Are you OC'ing, and if so how or what settings?
