Replacing MB capacitors

Right, I'm thinking of soldering new capacitors to my MB as there are 3 that are currently bulged. However, should I take the processor out while doing so? Assuming I discharge myself of static is there a point in that?

YES!!! Take EVERYTHING out. Make 100% certain they are the SAME Capacitors, MOSFET, Chokes, etc or whatever you're replacing.

Also make sure you use good old reliable lead based (lead/tin or lead/silver/tin) solder that actually works and not the EPA approved solder that doesn't work at all unless you have a $60,000 neodymium glass laser soldering station.
Lead because it works.
