What is the best video card right now under $100?

hello there, about to build a decent $500 to $600 gaming for a few games i havent played lately, due to me not having a computer. i was just wondering what the best card is out there for under or right at $100? i was thinking about the 5670 but not sure if its the best 1 for under $100. please let me know what you think. i'm not that worried about directx 11 cause of course i'll be upgrading my card and os in the future, but right now i just need something thats gonna get the best performance for under $100 cause i'll be running xp 32 bit until i cant anymore.

if your PSU can handle it. I'd get the HD5670 if not.
