New Budget Build

Looking to get back in the building game again and looking for some advice. Basically the only thing I don’t need is a mouse 

BUDGET RANGE: max 28,000.00 CZK (USD 1,500.00) Target 24,000.00 CZK (USD 1,285.00) ((1 USD = 18.72 CZK ))

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: (gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies)

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: (mouse, speakers)

Site is pretty good with a good selection. Price are a bit different then from the US. Some parts in the US are expensive which might be cheap here and vice versa. Only annoying thing is after you click the buy button the site skips back to the Czech language so you’ll have to click the back button )

PARTS PREFERENCES: I would like to go for an AMD platform with a 22"/24" LCD. Been thing of a HD 5850 or HD 5770.

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: to be added in the future

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Depending on the pick of the LCD but likely 1920x1080 or 1920x1200

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Basically need the whole shebang . last time i made a homebuilt has been a few years ago (AMD). no experience in OCing but have been reading this forum for a few months now so i think i can give it a try. i would like to future proof the build as much as possible. thinking of waiting for the 890FX board. also hoping that the new hexacores might push the prices of the current AMD prices.

so i'm looking for a bit of a cut here and there to get to my prefered target. if i missed anything (cables etc etc) please advice me. some parts i just selected cause they are cheap (HD) but i have to admit i dont understand/see the consequenses of picking a faster model for a premium price etc.

I wonder...how much do you expect the "cut"? and how much are willing to pay for the "faster model for a premium price"?
You pay more you get more! Just tell us your exact budget!

Cables are included, so no worries.
Keyboard, mouse, and speakers are missing, do you have them or do you still have to buy them?
If you want to OC the proc, you will need an additional proc fan. Include it also in your budget, let say about USD$20-$50!

- You can stick with your X4 940 if you can not find the X3
- How much are you willing to pay for keyboard and mouse? Wireless or cabled?
-I have never used that fan, so...no comment.

They have the Seagate 7200.12 500 and its a bit cheaper too!

difference wil nicly cover the extra cost that the 955 BE will cost.

how abot the case : CoolerMaster Elite 330. are they any good?

How about the below mem? it has cl7 instead of 9 but with reduced clock speed
