Your PSU & GPU as a combo
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz & ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 - Gives you the newer MOBO, which will support the 6-core AM3's when released (similar performance as the one you've listed at a cheaper price)

I'm not sold on the SATA III WD Blacks or any SATA III hard drives at this time. There just doesn't seem to be enough of a performance increase to justify the cost difference at this time. I would go with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB for $10 more.
