I think you'd be better off downgrading to an HD 5750 and trying to upgrade RAM to 4 GB if possible.

Yes, you'll push your PSU if you running HD5770 on that psu, get HD5750 like Lmeow said above and surely get another 2GB of RAM so it would run on dual channel mode, make your system faster...
