Phenom II x4 965 CPU Cooler question... Suck or Blow?

Hi guys. I recently built my first PC so I'm really not all caught up with the technical aspecs but I do have a quick question. I've got a Antec 300 Case, Asus M4A785D-V Evo motherboard and Phenom II x4 965 CPU with the Stock AM3 CPU Cooler.

Now my question is, I've been looking around and while I don't have any overheating problems (Asus Probe is currently showing CPU temp of 28C but this can get around 35/40C) I've seen stuff being mentioned about which way the fan on the CPU heatsink should go, i.e. pulling air through the heatsink or pushing it.

I'm just wondering what you guys think would be the best?

From the previous threads on this it should blow air onto the heatsink there are a small minority of people that say the opposite but I have not seen any data to back this up. If you are not sure try both and see what difference it makes, if you do please let us know the outcome.

if you're using the stock heatsink just leave it as it is - AMD will have set it up properly.
