Hello,
I have noticed that on the GA-MA785GM-US2H motherboard that i purcheased the south bridge is not SB 710 but in fact its only sb700... any reason that your manuals and advertising is saying different than what is actually on the board?.... is this a defect/error ? since i am running the x2 555 amd processor its kind of a big deal when trying to overclock the processor

All revisions of the MA785GM-US2H are indeed the North Bridge: AMD 785G and South Bridge: AMD SB710 chipsets. Take a closer look; link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD_700_chipset_series#Southbridges

Don't confuse "Series" with specific chipset. Reinstall the AMD Chipset drivers -> http://www.gigabyte.us/search/search.aspx?kw=MA785GM-US2H
