READ WRIGHT
SEQ 266.8 131.7
512K 268.0 121.8
4K 21.60 74.40
4K 22.60 103.7
QD32

is this right or is it wrong i have it all plugged in right my motherboard supports sata3 6gbs.

any help pls

CrystalDiskMark uses highly incompressible data to test Read/Write speeds.

Benchmark with ATTO software and see if you get the advertised Read/Write speeds.
ATTO uses highly compressible data to test Read/Write speeds.

ok ive just done that and it says max read was 329 and write was 378 this is bit better but shouldnt it be running at the full speed have i missed a bios update even tho i cant find one anywhere or anything else? should it be a simple plug and play ssd? never had one before... cheers for help

No, how many times did you run CrystalDiskMark benchmark test?
Each test run Writes 20GB of test data at the default settings.
If you've run more than 3 tests in a row that could be the reason why your Read/Write speeds are low when you ran ATTO.
