Looks good, but that Motherboard is weak, I don't recommend ASRock. Get a cheaper HDD (look at Samsung Spinpoint or Seagate 7200.12, they are faster anyways) and get the gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R mobo for about 200 at the Egg.
