PC build for my Dad - All Opinions welcome

Hey All,

My Dad saw my gaming PC and wants me to build him one. Personally, I'd rather send him to Best Buy but...

I've never built a low end PC so, let me know what you guys think:

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: ASAP

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Productivity (for a CPA, Excel, Quicken, etc

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, OS (Windows x64)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg

PARTS PREFERENCES: Due to cost, this should probably be an AMD, and probably X4 for multitasking

OVERCLOCKING: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1440x900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Not a huge case, I have a HAF 922 and thats WAY to big.
