Noob psu install question

Hey guys, I'm an idiot. Which way would a antec EA-750 fit into a cooler master cm690? In the cm690, the psu is located in the bottom of the case. Should the fan facing downwards, towards the floor, or upwards, towards the inside of the case?

I "think" the manual shows a diagram with air flowing in from the bottom... but it is still a bit confusing.Then yes, you can place your PSU with the face facing down. After reviewing images of the 690 case that is the correct orientation.
