All lookin good to me except for your power supply. Your power supply isn't something that you wanna skimp out on because if it dies it could potentially ruin your motherboard, ram and processor, my suggestion would be the following... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005 It is only a 650 watt but corsair makes some of the best ones out there and it is still plenty to power that system. It is 30 dollars more but it would be a wise investment of your money.

I agree with the guy above. And your mobo only supports dual channel RAM. Here's a good set.

i think its quiete good, i just prefer intel over AMD but they are both good!

I agree that you want dual-channel RAM with that system, but you can get faster CAS 7 RAM for less than the kit that 143Miah posted.
