I deleted me as an administrator, I have paid technician to help bring back my administrator, however they were unsuccessful. My question is, if i back up my files, and set my setting back to factory, is there a chance that i will not be able to acess my computer, since I am not the admin?

You may have had a User Account with administrative permissions and you may have deleted that account but you have not deleted the System Administrator - it simply cannot be done. You may also have deleted your account but, hopefully, not ticked the box at the next form to delete the files.
So what did you actually do? When you look in My Computer>C drive>Documents and Settings, do you see any folders with files you recognise?
