My usb slots are not working in will not bring up my iphone in my computer file

i plug my phone in to thew usb port and nothing i cant find it in the my computer file...can anyone help ?? thanks ----Deeznuts---

If you have another usb port try plugging it in there, watch the lower right part of the task bar what happens?
