I rarely play around in the bios, usually allowing auto detect, but I noticed two things. The Ram is only running at 1067, and the voltage was at 1.54, the one setting lower in the manual override being 1.5 which is what the ram was rated at, though I would not think that would make much of a difference. Though I was told that the first revision of this particular board was real finicky over ram voltages and all sorts of weird issues pop up if they are not right. Not sure which one I have. Not sure if i should just leave it or try it at what it can run at. I know I have to change more then just the multiplier if I wanted to do that.

I'm starting to wonder if the issues I would have from time to time on this board had something to do with it, a few have told me psu, but those psus have been tested on other machines and work just fine.

Your board is doing exactly what it should at default settings

Default Settings:
133 BCLK x 20 CPU multiplier = 2.66 GHz
133 BCLK x 8 Memory multiplier = 1066 MHz

In the BIOS, you can set up various overclocking scenarios.
133 BCLK x 10 Memory multiplier = 1333 MHz

Depending on your BIOS, you will eithe rhave to set the multiplier to 10 or directly select 1333 MHz

or,

25% system Overclock [aftermarket cooler suggested]
167 BCLK x 20 CPU multiplier = 3.33 GHz
167 BCLK x 8 Memory multiplier = 1333 MHz

RAM and CPU voltage, if not at Auto, should be set a slow as possible for the system to remain stable.
