I currently have 1333mhz ram running at 1410. Is it ok to overclock RAM with the processor at the bclk frequency? Also, I ran prime95 and the temps were in the 90s for the processor at 100% all cores, but with RealTemp they never got above 65 should I keep it this way?

WAY TOO HOT!

Is this correct: Rampage 3 Formula, i7 950?
Q - What BIOS settings?
Q - What target OC?
Q - Are you OC via ANY ASUS Utility?

1. Prime 95 as a "Stress Test" [overnight once stable]

First, turn-off Turbo Boost, and debate about Hyper-Threading. On my 980X running 4.5/4.6GHz {profiles} both are {Disabled}. If you Apps don't take advantage of HT then you're only adding more heat. You'll notice a big change in Temps.

'I' try to find the LOWEST Voltages = Stable. Everyone is more, more, more. Voltage = Heat.

In addition, set your DRAM Voltage manually.
