Are ASRock motherboards good?

Hello, im building my own computer and i have all my components picked except the motherboard.
The motherboard im thinking about buying is a ASRock N68-GE3 AM3, to go with an AMD Athlon II X4 640 processor, and since i dont know much about this brand id apreciate some help. Thank you
System:
-AMD Athlon II X4 640
-460W LC-Power psu
-4gb DDR3 ram
-1tb SATA
-Asus hd 5670

ASRock have a fair reputation. Although I personally recommend Biostar/Asus/Gigabyte.

YES, actually ASUS owns ASRock {it's their 'budget' version}.

However, I would not recommend the N68-GE3 UCC with the components listed above. Instead the ASRock 870 EXTREME3.
