Are ASRock motherboards good?

Hello, im building my own computer and i have all my components picked except the motherboard.
The motherboard im thinking about buying is a ASRock N68-GE3 AM3, to go with an AMD Athlon II X4 640 processor, and since i dont know much about this brand id apreciate some help. Thank you

-4gb DDR3 ram
-1tb SATA
-Asus hd 5670
