Soundcard for new build

at the moment, i was planning on using the built in 7.1 on this soundcard
GIGABYTE GA-790XTA-UD4 £115.20
can anyone reccomend either a similar mobo with the same specs stats ports ect for slightly less and a good soundcard which adds up to the same or less or is this a good enough sound produced?

The on-board sound on that board will work just fine. I don't see any reason to buy a separate sound card.
