Force 3 vs Force GT

I am going to buy a new SSD on Sunday and my choice was force 3 60GB.. But after i called the shop they told me that force GT is also available and the difference is only

few bucks.. I am going to use this ssd on H61 mobo which only have sata II ports.. I know Force GT is faster but will there be a difference because i am using a sata II port?

Also are they reliable SSDs?

i5-2400
8GB 1333Mhz
1TB Western Digital HDD
GTX 550 ti

It might be measurable with benchmark but you will not notice a difference. Both drives are capable of maxing out the SATA II interface.

I bought a force 3.. This image means it is running on AHCI mode? Just want to make sure..

It says that the SATA controller is ACHI 1.0.
