Seagate hard drive pcb 100390920revc

Hello,
There are two smd diodes on the pcb; one is BUX C625, the other has exploded & cannot be read.
Does anyone know what it is?

Cut your losses, get a new drive. If a component has been destroyed beyond recognition, it's a sure bet the remainder of the board has other failed parts too, making a successful repair impossible.
