Reading the wrong voltages ???

I was looking at my voltages and its seems that my -12 volt reading is high it reads -8.84 volts, my 5 volt reads 4.25 to 4.89....Is this normal, heres my reading:

12 volt: 12.74v
-12 volt: -8.84v
5 volt: 4.25 to 4.89v

readings are from speedfan 4.40.....

Voltage readings in most software is wrong, the only one it tends to get right is the CPU voltage. Check your voltage readings in BIOS and with a digital multimeter if you want to make sure you are getting accurate readings.
