I've read a thousand threads here about X58A-UD3R shutting down or going into an infinite loop. However, none advice in those threads worked.
Anybody else wants to try to help?

Right now, the board is on the cardboard box it came in.

Intel i7 950
XFX 5850
XFX 750W black edition

( I tried all of those parts in another computers).

Any advice? Thanks

So, are you saying that your X58A-UD3R is doing the same thing? If so, do you have the option to return it?
