I am building a computer on cyberpower because I don't have the time, knowledge or bravery to build my own. I scrapbook, so I use Adobe software and scan lots of pictures and I do some 3d gaming. Please check my choices and give me feedback. Thanks.

From what you've listed, it is overkill for what your doing. Than again how much computing power you really need is perspective between individual people.

One thing for sure worth noting is your video card options. There is absolutely no reason to crossfire a pair of 5570's, go with a single 5750/5770. It'll be more powerful, should be cheaper, and probably even consume less power.
