Just built my new pc memory speed low ?

i have the h70 and the phenom 2 x6 1055t and my ram is slower... cmx4gx3m2a1600c9
its 1333mhz and it says dram frequency is 699.7 and i think its in duel channel its in the blue slots maybe my settings are on auto or something idk lol and

motherboard GA-880GMA-UD2H

it should be the speeds your seeing as long as its in dual channel mode. double 699.7 and you get around 1333 MHz
