After i got to start run cmd when i type ipconfig nothing happens. No command do

I go to start run cmd. When I type ipconfig on the black screen nothing happens it just says "windows IP configuration" no other prompt works either.

Also my desktop will not connect to the internet. I have I plugged up to my router and it dosent even show its connected or the router. I've tried resting everything and it still dosent show.


Please help me

Install the correct NIC drivers. If all you get is "Windows IP configuration" after the ipconfig command then you don't have a network interface. It's either not physically installed or the drivers are missing.
