1394 net adapter driver

i am looking for the driver for a 1394 net adapter. i just want to dl the driver onto my flash drive so i can dl it to another computer. every link i go to i have to dl some program ect.... very frustrated, HELPPPP!

i reformatted my desk top with an xp disk my step dad had. he gets free software all the time for promotional porpuses. it wioed out all my drivers. i finally got online with one of those net gears.i have dl most the drivers i need, but it says drivers not installed for my network adapt.. there for i can not get online unless through an additional wireless (net gear). my desk top connected thru cable and or router b4 i did the "BIG REFORMATT"
i am so frustrated with this . arrrr! oh by the way i am so thankful for the answers back thank you !!!!!!!
