New i5-750 Build

This is only my second comp build ever so I was just looking for some criticism/improvements. Thanks in advance for the advice.

CPU: i5-750

GPU: SAPPHIRE TOXIC HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 (XFX i was looking at just sold out )

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 2x2GB Dual Chan DDR3 1600

MoBo: ASUS P7P55D PRO

Case: COOLER MASTER HAF 932

PSU: SILVERSTONE ST75ZF 750W ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS12V (Re-using from previous build)

HDD: WDCaviar 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5 (Re-using as well)

Still seeking advice on a HSF. Was thinking about going with the CM 212 or the Mugen 2, but was rather worried about either of them fitting in regards to my Case and RAM.

Total Budget is around 1200 with shipping included.

Solid build... a few recommendations I would make...

■CPU/MOBO Combo.. ASUS P7P55D PRO & i5-750 - Additonal savings
■HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB - I would make an upgrade to the Samsung Spinpoing F3 500GB for better performance. Your current hard drive will slow your system down.
■PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX - Your selected PSU is out of stock.
■HSF: I would go with the CM 212... It will fit into your case with no problem.

edit: What are the rest of the system specs? Montior, OS... etc.
