What motherboard do i buy

I need to buy a new motherboard and don't know what to get.

I need

A crossfireX enabled motherboard
2 PCI-E x16 slots
AM3 socket
ATX


i have ddr2 ram but can buy some ddr3 if nec.

For a motherboard the budget would be around 100 max 120.

My full config:
500w psu
current mobo no idea...got it from china
g card : amd radeon hd 4670 (i am going to buy another for crossfire)
c-media 5.1 digital audio card ..(if poss a mobo with built in 5.1)
2x ddr2 corsair 2gb ram
Phenom II X4 black edition

In any case, you're going to need NEW RAM {DDR3}. You don't want a MOBO with an onboard GPU if running a discrete GPU(s). If I had to pick (1) then probably the ASRock 870 EXTREME3 ; ASUS owns ASRock...

Yeah i think i am going to go for the ASrock one as it is 50 bucks cheaper and is just as good as the other
