You can reset the bios by removing the board battery for a few seconds with the system off. If you still get no signal, then the problem is probably elsewhere. Troubleshooting faqs are available on this and other websites.

Reseat the ram and power supply connections. IF you connect the case internal speaker, you may get some beep codes which will help you isolate the problem. Otherwise, look for some troubleshooting faqs on this website or anandtech.
