How to block IP address ??

Hi

In IP FILTER option I am trying to stop a WAN IP address. But every day when this dynamic IP changed the blocking become void. Is there a way to enter IP range like for an example 94.200.0.0 - 94.200.255.255

Is there a place to enter the subnet mask? 94.200.0.0 255.255.0.0 would block that entire network (the 94.200.x.x network).

Any decent firewall will let your use ranges or masks. I know Win7 supports this.
