Bios setting after new motherboard?

I am planning to build a new system with new mb, new cpu, new power supply,new gpu and new hard drive. Do I have to set anything in the bios after I complete my sssystem such as the temperature for shut down and anything like that?

If you want to do so. The default BIOS on the board should be factory set to be compatible with the hardware supported by the board.
